The month of February has brought some cold weather, some rain and a whole lot of birds at the feeding stations. During cold weather, birds love suet, and they especially enjoy the Curtis' Peanut Butter Tree Spread. Recipe here. They also enjoy Norma's Semi-Homemade Beef-Fat Suet that is packed into a suet cage and then placed on a tree. The recipe can be found here with pictures demonstrating the process.
